According to studies, this lack of appetite is due to our hormones that explode at the end of the relationship, especially if you were not the one who wanted it. Your heart rate increases as well as the levels of cortisol and adrenaline which causes you problems sleeping and little desire to eat.
After a few days, the hunger returns, and that’s when junk food cravings come in to increase low levels of oxytocin and calorie deficit.
