Ready to be captivated with a new masterful performance of Nicole Kidman?
The Oscar winner stars in the drama Boy Erased in which she plays a mother who, together with her husband (Russel Crowe), a Baptist pastor, sends her son to conversion therapies after learning that he is gay.
Garrad Conley, a homosexual boy belonging to a fundamentalist family of Arkansas, is in charge of Lucas Hedges, nominated for an Oscar in 2016 for his role in Manchester in front of the Sea and who also worked in films such as Lady Bird and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing.
As if that were not enough, the film directed by Joel Edgerto also features the performances of Troye Sivan and Canadian actor and director Xavier Dolan, whose characters are also in the group from which they seek to change their sexual orientation
