Once, John Lennon said: “When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I answered: ‘happy’. They told me that I did not understand the question, and I answered that they did not understand life.” This is probably one of the most famous quotes of the singer of The Beatles and he was right. The goal of life, always has to be to seek your own happiness, above all. However, we try so hard in other things, we end up confusing priorities and we get out of the way. We end up putting other things before  living happily and making the biggest mistake of our lives.

But what is the key to happiness? How can we achieve harmony? Precisely, in this word is the secret:  harmony, tranquility, peace… Happiness. 

LIVE IN HARMONY TO LIVE HAPPILY

The first trick to live happily, is to live in harmony. How is this achieved? When we manage to align what we want and what we do, what we need and what we have. To be clear about our principles and moral values and to persecute them, to act always in consonance with them and to rest our mind every night on a pillow woven on the basis of a calm conscience and a state of peace of mind, is fundamental to live happily.

But there are more “tricks”. Align also what we want and what we look for: pursue a dream, work for it and feel that we focus our life on our vital purpose. Nothing will make us live happier than feeling that we give that special meaning to our life. Regardless of the result, regardless of whether we finally achieve it or not. The search for an objective helps us to consider continuous challenges and to always give the best of ourselves.

The third of the tricks for a full and happy life is to live doing good always. In this way, we will be able to cultivate both our mind, our body and spirit, reflecting on a physical and mental health that will take us to the next level.

Doing good will help us to feel good, worth the redundancy, and finally, to live happily.

Finally, the fourth trick of happiness is evident and, however, we do not always practice it as we should. Separate the negativity of our life and this can encompass many things. Destructive thoughts, toxic people, unhealthy habits for our body or our mind… It’s not always easy, we know. Especially, it is not easy when you can not detect in time that you are facing something negative: the wolf usually comes disguised in sheep’s clothing. Although it is only an idea or a habit. From time to time, stop to analyze your life, do an examination of conscience, detect, learn and amend.
