All developers know how difficult it is to enter the WWDC. There are hundreds of thousands of programmers around the world who want to attend, but only a few thousand tickets available. Apple had to move to a lottery system to prevent their web from collapsing at the time those tickets were put on sale: getting one is completely a matter of luck.
So a few developers had the great idea to create the parallel event AltConf, much cheaper and very close to the WWDC, so that those who had not managed to enter the event did so and at least be able to see and share all the news of Apple with other professionals. Now that AltConf goes one step further by opening another parallel event in London.

This resolves the complaints of those developers who want to attend or that is AltConf, but to do so they have to invest a lot of time and money in a long plane trip. All those programmers living in Europe now have it much easier to attend.
If you are interested, do not hesitate to book a ticket: they are free and here the registration is in strict order of arrival. It will be held at The Lindley Hall, in the heart of London, and is a great opportunity to talk about the new features of iOS 12 and macOS 10.14 with developers from all branches.
